Redemption Process — Once redeemed, the block is bound to your account. The owner can unbind the block if they wish, but this must be done separately through the DASHBOARD. A dedicated staff member will assist with the unbinding process.
Transfer Policy — Transfers of this pledge must be mediated by a dedicated staff member to ensure the process is handled correctly. The owner must initiate the transfer request through the DASHBOARD, and a staff member will oversee and verify the transfer between both parties.
Resale Rules — There is currently no official marketplace for reselling pledge items. Unofficial transfers happen at your own risk and are not supported or protected by us. If an official secondary market is introduced in the future, it will be announced through proper channels with updated terms.
